Renewable Energy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team at Outpost 9/17. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating medium equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Practice safety rules and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Operate medium equipment, including loading, unloading, securing, set up, and tear down.
- Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and tools are properly accounted for and maintained.
- Assist immediate supervisor and perform quality work as determined by project specifications.
- Accountable for all tools and materials at the end of your shift.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience excavating near underground utilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Class A CDL with airbrakes and tanker endorsement preferred.
- Work in an industrial construction site and/or fabrication shop environment.
- Exposure to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, and various noise levels.
- Potential exposure to chemical substances.
- Lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds daily, seldom over 50 pounds.
- Grasp and manipulate various hand tools daily.
- Standing for more than two hours at a time, as well as twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and stooping regularly.
- Fostering Teamwork - ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Attention to Communication - ensuring information is passed on to others.
- Customer Orientation - demonstrated concern for satisfying external and/or internal customers.
- Initiative - identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked.
- Results Orientation - focusing on desired end results and meeting or exceeding them.
