About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Participate in training to develop product knowledge and incorporate it into the selling process.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandise and floor sets, and comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
