Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Operate equipment, including trucks and trailers, to facilitate customer rentals and returns.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist customers with product and service information, providing education and support to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

The work environment involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, moving around indoors and outdoors, and positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights. You may be required to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
