Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of the rehabilitation department.
  • Provide clinical leadership within the rehabilitation team.
  • Coordinate all rehabilitation disciplines, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain effective communication with facility staff, patients, families, and management.
  • Monitor, enhance, and expand rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center.
Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements

  • Valid professional license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited educational institution. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.
