Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Water Resources EIT/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our water resources group, you'll work under project engineers to apply design engineering and modeling techniques in the development of water resource projects for federal, state, and local municipalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply hydraulics and hydrology modeling, stormwater collection systems modeling, data collection, assimilation, and presentations to support water resource projects
  • Focus on projects including flood control, river design, stream grade control structures, dike systems, levees, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation, wetland and lake restoration, watershed issues, and non-point source loading and point source design
  • Produce design calculations, draft technical reports, and perform water resources studies
  • Collaborate with project teams to complete tasks and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • EIT certification strongly preferred; candidates hired without EIT will have the title of 'Coordinator' and are expected to obtain EIT for career progression
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, standard CAD platforms, and hydraulic modeling software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team
