  • Maintain accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness.
  • Manage leftover foods correctly, covering, labeling, dating, and accurately storing according to Aramark standards.
  • Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas.
  • Ensure stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift, including cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment that conforms to all food safety standards and regulations.
  • Follow safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
  • Complete all required training.
