Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waitstaff to the kitchen, prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands.
- Quality Control: Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature, maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, maintaining a fast-paced and efficient service environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food portions and inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Food Expeditor or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service environment.
