Job Overview

Randstad is hiring a Project Management Specialist - Manufacturing to lead industrial equipment projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and hands-on industrial motor knowledge, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Direct the disassembly and assessment process for equipment failure and repair
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for new applications and aftermarket opportunities, focusing on Engineered solutions and Design upgrades
  • Support and guide operations and test departments to achieve project goals
  • Review customer technical requirements and specifications to ensure compliance
  • Apply established standards and procedures for the overhaul, rewind, and manufacture of new products, adhering to quality control and design standards (EASA, IEEE, and Nuc 10CFR50 Appendix B)
  • Establish connections with sales, supply chain, quality, and operations teams for technical support
  • Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery commitments through technical oversight of winding, assembly, and final product testing
  • Implement changes and upgrades for reverse engineered equipment to enhance product aftermarket qualities
  • Prepare final reports as required per contract
  • Contribute to the global engineering team
  • Assist sales teams with customer service
  • Ensure timely responses on specification and budget, standard operating procedures, and strategy objectives
