Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are expanding our team on the East Coast and welcome Clinical Fellows for this unique role in York, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students' speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
  • Use professional literature and continuing education to inform practice decisions
  • Develop a learning environment with effective process management strategies
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
  • Develop treatment plans with instructional staff that are strength-based and child-centered
  • Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Assist teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders

Requirements:
  • Experience working with K-12th grade children in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • A valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
  • A valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
