Job Summary:
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our Center on Extremism, you will play a critical role in helping to combat antisemitism and hate in our region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of antisemitic incidents and trends in Southern California, utilizing open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and social media monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective information sharing and coordination.
- Produce high-quality written reports, presentations, and other materials to educate and inform partners, policymakers, and the public about antisemitic hate and extremist threats.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to antisemitic incidents, including developing and disseminating alerts and advisories.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in antisemitism and extremism, and apply this knowledge to inform our work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in research, analysis, or a related field, with a strong background in OSINT techniques and social media monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for combating antisemitism and hate, with a strong commitment to the values of the ADL.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $94,800, commensurate with experience.
