Position Summary

The Federal Project Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction crews, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
  • Directing and managing the daily activities of the construction team while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Leading the crew to meet project timelines while maintaining quality control.
  • Conducting regular safety meetings and adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Implementing client-specific safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating with project managers during the closeout process and handling warranty issues.
  • Participating in weekly project and subcontractor meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The organization offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
