Job Description

At MARC Community Resources Ltd., we are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CT Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and current CT registration and insurance. Additionally, a PSL endorsement or the ability to obtain one is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary. While CPR, First Aid, PMT, and Med Certification are preferred, they are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community.
  • Follow agency policies and participate in related goals and plans.
  • Work in conjunction with other staff members to provide the best possible care for all individuals.

Requirements:

  • Valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
