About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process and manage customer orders, including creating and processing cases, RMAs, credits, and product transfers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Review and process customer master inquiries, service agreements, and new vendor setup forms
  • Manage demo inventory tracking and reporting for assigned regions
  • Assist with documenting department processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with department management to ensure department metrics, goals, and objectives are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of complex customer service concepts, practices, and company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in internal applications, including Peoplesoft, and MS Office
