Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Services: Safely transport guests' vehicles and any items they may have, ensuring a pleasurable and informative experience.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, orient them to room amenities, and provide directions and information about the resort and surrounding area.
  • Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Efficiently and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Package Delivery and Newspaper Service: Deliver packages to guest rooms and newspapers to guest rooms as requested.
  • Shoe Shine Service: Shine shoes upon request, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Guest Requests and Resolutions: Assist in resolving and accommodating guest requests and needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a clean and neat appearance of uniform, wearing a name tag, and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Emergency Procedures: Understand and follow all emergency procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Logistics and Administration: Properly log all runs on the Valet log at the Valet Stand and complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Previous Valet/Bellperson Experience: Previous experience in a valet or bellperson role is preferred.
  • Excellent Grooming and Body Language: Maintain a clean and neat appearance, with excellent grooming and body language to represent the company.
  • Ability to Work in All Weather Conditions: Work outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring a seamless service to guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects frequently, and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Driving Skills: Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission, with a valid TX driver's license.
  • Age and Driving Record: Must be at least 21 years of age, with an excellent driving record (less than 2 moving violations in the last two years).
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
