Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing knowledge, skill, and judgment to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Participate in patient/family/staff education, promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in geropsychiatry.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Texas or Compact State LVN licensure.
  • 1 year experience preferred.
  • Current BLS required.
  • CPI or COAP within 3 months.
