Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based practice and research to inform clinical decisions and improve patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• National certification in area of specialty preferred
