Job Summary

Norcal Private Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property to deter and detect potential security threats.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform hourly reporting and maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.
Requirements
  • Valid California Guard Card.
  • Valid Gun Permit issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
  • Valid Baton Permit.
  • Valid Pepper Spray Permit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle large groups of people.
  • Good radio communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound and just decisions with minimal guidance.
