We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Northeast Ohio (Canton). As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations, including receiving and storing medications, preparing medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and delivering medications to patient areas.
  • Accurately bill and credit patient medications, and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
  • Monitor doses administered and maintain accurate records of narcotics and other controlled substances.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; current Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to read and update patient charts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
