  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • RN License in Delaware or Compact State.
  • BSN preferred or committed to acquiring BSN within 3 years of the hire date.
  • At least one year of med/surg experience as an RN is required.
  • BLS required.
