Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join Edfinancial Services as a Compensation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work atmosphere, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Process bi-weekly payroll files, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Prepare payroll-related invoices and send them to AP in a timely manner.
- Run reports as needed and utilize knowledge of company purposes, rules, regulations, procedures, and practices.
- Proactively communicate issues or opportunities within the department to department leadership.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Edfinancial's Employee Handbook.
- Prioritize tasks and use discretion to complete them in a timely manner.
- Develop process flows and procedures, and perform miscellaneous data entry projects as assigned.
- Be knowledgeable about the HRIS system and benefits administration.
- Enter data into required systems with speed and accuracy.
