Job Title: Mental Health Crisis Specialist

In the role of a Mental Health Crisis Specialist, you will be working with individuals in Clermont County who are experiencing mental health crises. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance, and an EAP program. Additionally, Child Focus offers health savings and flex spending account options with agency match, 10 days of paid time off for first-year employees, extended illness benefits, and a 403(b) retirement plan with 6% employer match.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to mental health crisis situations in Clermont County.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement for crisis de-escalation and mental health assessment.
  • Make decisions regarding appropriate level of care in high-risk situations.
