POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Supervise outside plant operations for optimal construction
    • Uphold construction regulations and protocols
    • Enhance communication between the OSP team and external contractors
    • Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of documentation
  • Manage daily operations related to inspections
    • Coordinate OSP personnel and foster collaboration
    • Conduct construction briefings as necessary
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SmartSheet
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RUS construction regulations
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Travel may be required
