Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at HOME OF HOPE. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a team of dedicated nurses and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care: Provide individualized nursing care to clients in accordance with their needs and preferences.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Valid registration as a RN in the State of Oklahoma.
- Experience: One year of experience in geriatric nursing and/or area of specialty preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting and supporting clients.
- Exposure to virus, disease and infection from clients and specimens in working environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work at any facility and be responsible for own transportation.
- Schedule based on operational need. (Rotate shifts, standby, and on-call)
