Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide a warm welcome to our dealership.
- Obtain accurate and detailed customer and vehicle information to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history, providing customers with a comprehensive and accurate estimate of costs.
- Establish follow-up times and communicate with customers throughout the day to ensure they are informed and satisfied with the service process.
- Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the repair order, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers, providing a clear understanding of the services rendered.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- At least one year of experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant, with manufacturer experience preferred.
- Above-average energy level and a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
- Bilingualism preferred but not required.
- Personal and professional integrity.
