Compensation:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage repair orders from the service dispatcher.
- Execute repairs as specified on the repair order efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose the root cause of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with the parts department to secure required components.
- Preserve and label parts if the service is under warranty or upon customer request.
- Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
- Promptly inform the service advisor if extra work is unnecessary or if repairs cannot be completed on schedule.
- Document all work performed.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles as needed or refer to a test technician.
- Oversee the work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
- Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are maintained in a clean condition.
- Keep the workshop organized and ensure accountability for all dealership-owned tools.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.

All employees must adhere to company safety protocols and report any incidents to a manager or supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a GM Technician required
- ASE Certification is mandatory
- A-level qualifications, including expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Must hold a valid driver's license in Florida
- A clean driving record is essential
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
