Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, communicating with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required, notifying the service advisor immediately if additional work is not needed or required.
  • Document work performed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise work of apprentice technicians as assigned, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes, staying up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and industry developments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of GM Technician experience required.
  • ASE Certification required.
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
