UNC Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Instructor to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering life safety courses and ensuring that our learners meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Deliver high-quality training programs that meet curriculum guidelines and organizational mission.
- Provide feedback on learner satisfaction and participate in course debriefings.
- Stay up-to-date with content updates and maintain instructor status in assigned content areas.
- Prepare records to meet organizational requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or CPI Instructor status required.
- Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare occupation or field requiring basic life support skills.
- Language skills: ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
- Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Reasoning ability: ability to apply common sense and deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
This is a per diem position with a standard hours per week of 0.0.1. The salary range is $32.27 per hour (hiring range). The work assignment type is onsite, and the work schedule is day job.
