Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Payroll expert to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering successful consulting engagements and providing expert guidance on Cloud HCM Payroll and Oracle products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on Cloud HCM Payroll and Oracle products and services, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in ERP systems, including PeopleSoft and Oracle E-Business.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud HCM Payroll, with a strong understanding of its various modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Experience with full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll, with a minimum of 1 successful implementation.
  • Optional: 1 or more years of public sector HCM payroll implementation experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
