About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mr. John, a leading provider of temporary site solutions in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicles to identify any issues or defects.
  • Parts Management: Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and comply with regulations.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid CDL A driver's license and possess a DOT medical card.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanic role, preferably with a focus on heavy equipment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
