About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of culinary experts and contribute to the production of delicious meals. As a Culinary Technician, you will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to prepare a variety of food products using standardized recipes and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food products according to company standards and quality control procedures
  • Utilize commercial cooking equipment, such as Combi Ovens, CQC Wave Cooker, Automated Grill and Fry Lines, Blast Chillers, and Sous Vide Tanks
  • Inspect food ingredients and equipment to ensure quality and sanitation standards are met
  • Coordinate and perform plant sanitation as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records, HACCP documentation, and QA logs to ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and company regulations
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in cooking or catering, or large-volume batch cooking
  • An Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts (desired)
  • Certification or licensing in Food Safety (desired)
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years old
