Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough chart reviews in a fully office-based setting.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols.
- Utilize auditing skills to assess and enhance healthcare documentation.
- Preferably possess OASIS experience and COS-C certification.
Job Requirements:
