- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our facility meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality of care and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families, and build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Licensure: Current administrator's license in the state.
