Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Lead and guide department heads to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Promote the nursing center in the community to foster positive relationships and public relations.
- Create an environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional care and compassion.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
