Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team at Regency Hospital Cleveland - West. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing resources, creating a healthy work atmosphere, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts to ensure optimal patient care and hospital operations.
  • Create a positive and supportive work environment that promotes team and individual growth.
  • Monitor the workplace to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff and patients/families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while improving operations.
Qualifications
  • Valid State RN License required.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
  • Prior clinical management experience is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
  • BSN degree preferred.
