Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to manage operations at our various locations. In this role, you will oversee service-related communications and coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all service inquiries and effectively schedule technicians for service tasks and preventative maintenance contracts.
  • Deliver a courteous and helpful response to customer requests.
  • Proactively inform customers to maintain service schedules.
  • Ensure accurate project pricing is documented for timely invoicing.
  • Manage parts ordering and oversee shipping and receiving processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, including ISO documentation and training logs.
  • Organize and manage the call-out schedule.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Basic computer and software proficiency.
  • Pass a drug screening and background check.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Experience in a service-oriented role.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this role, you will frequently need to sit, communicate, and use your hands for various tasks. Occasionally, you may need to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination is essential for operating office equipment.
