Senior Brand Manager

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the digital platform solutions for their Contact Lens business in the US. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy, leading new business development, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the ecommerce marketplaces strategy, including new business development and new business models.
- Ensure internal and external alignment, growing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor key metrics to track progress and adjust the plan as needed to deliver results.
- Develop project plans, scope, and prioritization of the roadmap, communicating milestones and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with field sales and national account sales to support customer-specific business plans.
- Manage a trade promotional budget and optimize ROI.
- Explore and deliver new and enhanced eCommerce business models and platforms through key partnerships with retailers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize partnerships.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct customer sales within contact lens/medical device/consumer or marketing, with eCommerce and platform experience highly preferred.
- Cross-functional experience is a plus (sales and technology).
- Proven track record of negotiating successfully and resolving challenges arising from everyday business situations and competing needs across dotted line reporting relationships.
- Strong digital literacy, including web applications, MS Office, and sales database applications per computer proficiency standards.
