AdventHealth Medical Group Critical Care at Central Florida is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team. As a Critical Care Physician, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team in our Cardiovascular ICU at AdventHealth Orlando, a quaternary facility with 1400 beds.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced intensivists, cardiology and pulmonology transplant medical/care team to help establish a high-quality and sustainable Cardiovascular, Heart & Lung Transplant Critical Care program. Our team performs over 35-50 hearts, 15-20 lungs, and 30-50 VADs per year with multi-organ transplant capability.
We are a Platinum ECMO Center and one of the busiest centers in the United States, with a patient mix that includes heart and lung transplants, mechanical assist devices, VV/VA ECMO. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care and is dedicated to advancing the field of critical care medicine.

Requirements for the position include Critical Care fellowship training, experience with ECMO, Heart & Lung Transplant preferred, and board certification/eligibility in Critical Care Medicine.
