Veterinary Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Treatment Specialist to join our team at the Gentle Barn Foundation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary technology, management experience, and a compassionate approach to animal care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing Medical Support: Delivering high-quality medical care to animals under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
- Maintaining Supplies: Managing inventory levels to ensure continuous operations and minimize waste.
- Coordinating Transportation: Safely transporting animals to external facilities as required.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating schedules for veterinarians and other practitioners working with animals.
- Documenting Progress: Maintaining detailed records of animal care, treatments, and outcomes.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of animal species, including horses, and contribute to the ongoing success of the Gentle Barn Foundation.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
