Veterinary Hospital Manager Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Hospital Manager Leader to join our team at Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and operations management, with a focus on emergency pet care.
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
Job DescriptionThe Veterinary Hospital Manager Leader will be responsible for leading our hospital team to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hospital teams, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and hospital efficiency
- Collaborate with medical directors and veterinarians to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and quality metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership or operations management, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
