Job Description: Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including concierge-level security services, event security, response services, investigations, and asset protection. You will also assist with investigations and completion of investigative reports, provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, and secure client perimeters.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military service, as well as experience in access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm response. The estimated salary for this position is $38.00 per hour, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
