Healthcare Navigator Coordinator

Providence Portland Medical Center seeks a skilled RN Navigator to join our team in the Outpatient Infusion department. This role requires a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their infusion therapy journey.
About the Job
This is a part-time day shift position with a base pay range of $45.22 - $71.58 per hour. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology and experience using electronic health records systems such as EPIC and BEACON. They will serve as a primary resource for patients undergoing infusion therapies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of treatment modalities and financial aspects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of infusion therapies.
- Provide patient-focused care and support throughout their infusion therapy journey.
- Ensure patients have a comprehensive understanding of treatment modalities and financial aspects.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple treatment therapies and modalities.
- Familiarity with financial aspects of infusion therapies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years of experience as an RN in Oncology/Infusion.
- 3 years of experience using BEACON/EPIC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health or related field.
- 2 years of experience as an RN Navigator, Coordinatr or similar role.
