Maintenance Mechanic IV

TE Connectivity is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic IV to join our team in Manheim, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machines, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates degree preferred in Electrical or Mechanical.
- 6+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical (low & high voltage), and electronic skill.
- PLC knowledge with programming skills a plus.
- Ability to read, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for industrial environment.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $60,720 – $91,080 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
