We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Manager to join our team at Blue Flow All-Service Plumbing in the Marietta, GA area.

This individual will be responsible for leading sales, operations, and profit/loss, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing business across multiple trades.
  • Interpret, dissect, and analyze data to improve organizational performance.
  • Understand how to use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing the team members behaviors.
  • Lead a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all team members.
  • Desire to roll-up your sleeves and lead by example.
  • Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.
  • Lead staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
  • Set individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions and coach them to success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years leading teams servicing Business to Business markets, prefer residential home services experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong financial acumen: able to create and interpret KPIs, understand a company's financial statements and how they reflect operating performance, and drive activity based on both sets of information.
  • A strong communicator who is also effective at building trust and demonstrating empathy.
  • Proven track record in building and managing teams, developing best practices and operational infrastructure to facilitate rapid growth and profitability of the business.
