Key Responsibilities- Float to all areas within Patient Access to ensure seamless patient experience
- Provide outstanding customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, conflict management, and service recovery
- Work with minimal supervision, projecting a positive and upbeat attitude
- Greet patients with a courteous and professional demeanor to obtain feedback on their hospital experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare financial counseling; strong organization and customer service skills required
- Typing 35 wpm required; excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook and Excel) necessary
As a Hospital Registration Associate at Huntington Hospital Inc, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
