Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare for daily service appointments
  • Utilize hospitality skills to warmly welcome and engage customers, representing both the dealership and Ford Motor Company
  • Discuss service needs with customers
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
  • Execute necessary repairs and services efficiently and cleanly

Qualifications:

  • ASE Certification as a Service Technician
  • Prior Experience in a Dealership Setting
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds unaided
  • Proficiency in performing services while bending, stooping, squatting, and lying on the ground
  • Demonstrated skills in maintenance, diagnostics, customer interaction, and computer usage
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to successfully complete post-offer screenings, including MVR, Background Check, Drug Test, and Occupational Physical
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
