As a Medical Laboratory Technician with Fidelity Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting testing in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Technical Laboratory Functions: Including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology tests, ensuring accurate results and maintaining quality control standards.
  • Report Test Results: Following clinic protocols, alerting providers and nurses about abnormal results in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Setting up, calibrating, cleaning, and testing sterility of medical laboratory equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhering to all laboratory policies, OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification: Certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT), or an equivalent Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification.
  • Education: Associate degree from an accredited college or university in medical laboratory science, medical technology, clinical laboratory, or related science.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare field, demonstrating ability to perform the work or providing understanding of the work.
