Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're committed to putting the world on vacation. As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our resort locations. Your primary responsibility will be to safely transport owners and guests to specific regularly scheduled routes, promoting Resort Standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a passenger vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to specific regularly scheduled routes or responding to requests from dispatch or management.
  • Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle, loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items.
  • Transmit and receive information via a two-way radio system, monitoring traffic and weather conditions and notifying dispatch of potential problems.
  • Report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch and inspect the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the beginning of each shift.
  • Provide guests and passengers with information regarding lodging, entertainment, and attractions within the service area.

Requirements:

  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) in the state you're applying with and a proven clean driving record.
  • One year of driving experience in all types of passenger vehicles, including manual shift.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give high priority to customer service.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Benefits:

Depending on the position, paid time off, parental leave, and holidays may also be available.

Compensation:

Generally starting at $20.00 per hour, the actual hourly rate will be set based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
