Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical and nursing care plans.
- Provide optimum nursing care to all residents on the unit, working collaboratively with our nursing team.
- Continuously evaluate resident behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress, discussing findings with our Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse.
- Document all medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform all treatments according to physician's specific orders and established policies and procedures.
- Current NY State Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Accredited LPN School education.
