Healthcare Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team at STG International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of new & existing customer accounts to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and research new customer and new project opportunities, and develop business plans for each account.
- Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goals.
- Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides, highlighting the advantages of the product or service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 1-3 years of relevant work experience OR have completed the Sales Associate Development Program.
- An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management and multi-tasking.
- Able to compile, analyze and interpret results of data gathering, and identify general trends and patterns that may need to be addressed by management.
- Clear knowledge of the selling cycle with the ability to make cold calls on a daily basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
