Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registration Representative to join our team at MemorialCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for completing all registrations of patients presenting for procedures, admissions, or the ER.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate patient identification and billing.
  • Collect and post patients' financial responsibility in Epic and drop payments in the safe or locked drawer.
  • Maintain excellent customer service with all patients, visitors, clinicians, and co-workers.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • 1-2 years of medical office, admitting, or registration experience preferred.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
